Radha Dooley

Radha Dooley has always been an all-around athlete.

As a child she excelled in gymnastics and became a regular on the podium while simultaneously starring in countless newspapers articles. When she entered Hunterdon Central as a freshman, she became a dual athlete and started competing for the gymnastics and track team.

Radha is the second oldest of eight siblings and is used to being a team player. At home, she puts her best foot forward to help out with getting her younger siblings ready and sticking to schedule.

“My favorite thing about our family is how close we are. Even though we all have a busy schedule, we always find time to hang out with each other,” she says.

This mentality of family first has carried over in how Radha treats her teammates. Radha likes to do things she cares about and care about the things she does. For instance, during the spring she is a volunteer coach for the Magic Track Club and a volunteer trainer for the Special Olympics.

At Fordham, she wants to bring that same team spirit and family mentality to her new track team in fall of 2019. Radha is currently undecided in her major, but hopes to find something that will reflect the passions she has and hobbies she enjoys.
