9/10- CHEECHS (@cheechsown ) you are as pretty close to perfection as a coffee shop can get. Some of my very best memories have been made here, including (but not limited to..) crying about my ACTS, crying about common app, eating sushi, seeing meg kill it at her job, and having enough table space for Linds and I to comfortably sit. However, you did not receive a 10/10, for starters, kindly make your drink a tad cheaper, a latte is already expensive, plus both Syrup & Alternative milk, brings the drink out to roughly $6, AND if you’re taking it to go, the cup is larger than if you use a ‘staying in’ cup. I’m not a big fan of this because this causes more customers to choose a plastic to-go cup because of how much product fits (I hope that makes sense). I overall enjoy the atmosphere of the store, the music you play, your staff is relatively nice, and you have reverse osmosis water, which honestly, I would go there for alone. I additionally love that none the tables are rickety, and there’s plenty of legroom (factory fuel take note👀). I usually get the Iced Vanilla Latte with Oat milk, definitely some of the best espresso blends I’ve ever had, it’s roasted in house, and has a smooth taste, the vanilla syrup is pretty good too, not super sweet and complements the espresso pretty well, it also mixes with the drink pretty good too. The Cold Brew is pretty tasty as well if you make sure to get what the have brewing considering they roast and make their own beans in house. Bravo to the young millennial that owns this place, you did good. If all the coffee shops in Hunterdon county were a family, you’d be the cool cousin that travels and goes to Coachella and has a swanky penthouse in NYC even though they’re an artist or something. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟/10
