I think that the school is doing a very good job of persisting in their efforts to better mental health awareness. With the creation of the wellness committee, we have taken great steps towards tracking our progress with student involvement. I think students are more aware of mental health as we open the conversation for it!

I want to be involved in mental health because it has impacted me personally. Several of my friends and peers have dealt with things that I always wished I knew more about. I feel like I owe it to others to know more about this and promote empathy.
